Mission Statement
Dialogue Beyond Borders promotes active tolerance, defends human rights, and advances greater understanding among diverse communities by providing opportunities for learning, expression, and discussion aimed at facilitating inter-group dialogue.
Vision and Purpose
Dialogue Beyond Borders envisions a world in which every individual has the skills to positively engage and embrace differences and be active agents of change who defend human rights. The organization works toward this vision by:

Holding workshops, public forums, lectures, seminars, film screenings, reading circles, and group discussions on the importance of respect for human and civil rights, equality, tolerance, diversity, relevant current events, cross-cultural issues, social justice, and positive civic engagement, as well as other related topics;

Conducting community service projects and events with the goal of fostering community involvement, cooperation, and social responsibility among youth and community leaders;

Providing positive role models for at risk youth, teaching positive approaches for dealing with stress and peer pressure, and promoting greater self-esteem and leadership skills.
